L’Affetto Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

By placing an online order with L’Affetto, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been submitted, we begin preparing it as quickly as possible. We may not be able to make changes or cancellations after preparation has begun.

Pizza Modifications & Special Requests

We are happy to accommodate reasonable modifications and special requests whenever possible. Please use the available customization options when placing your order and include any additional requests in the order notes.

While we will always do our best to accommodate your preferences, **not every modification may be possible** due to preparation methods, ingredient availability, food safety, or kitchen limitations. Certain specialty pizzas are designed with specific ingredients and combinations, and substitutions or extensive modifications may not be available.

If you have a significant allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can discuss available options. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Ingredient Availability

Menu items and ingredients are subject to availability. If an ingredient becomes unavailable, we may contact you to discuss an appropriate substitution or adjustment to your order.

Preparation & Pickup Times

Online ordering provides an estimated pickup time. Actual preparation times may vary depending on order volume, kitchen conditions, and other circumstances. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.

Please arrive at the selected pickup time whenever possible. Orders that are not picked up within a reasonable period may be discarded for food safety reasons.

Payments

Payment is processed through our online ordering system at the time your order is placed. Prices and applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Refunds & Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after pickup so that we have an opportunity to make it right. Refunds, credits, or replacement items may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

L’Affetto prepares food in a kitchen where multiple ingredients and allergens are handled. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Guests with severe food allergies should contact us directly before ordering to discuss whether we can safely accommodate their needs.

Right to Refuse or Modify Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify an order when necessary due to ingredient availability, food safety concerns, operational limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
